We have full sizes of neoprene vests. The neoprene foam is from Namliong, Taiwan with double stretch ability than most of neoprene in the market. Very important is that their quality is stable. High quality rate and durable. We cut them into 1mm to 1.5mm and we used the smooth skin for the vest.
Besides the smooth skin, we can also use shark skin and fine skin for the vest. However, it seems the smooth skin is better for aquatic sports. 100% waterproof and water resistant. Easy to clean by water flushing. Not like shark skin or fine skin may hold some tiny dirt.
Very thin neoprene of the vest is the key feature. You can just wear it in summer. It can keep warm and free arm mobility. Better than rash guards, it can be a cushion to a crash. Or you can wear it as thermal in cold water.
The smooth skin itself is tender. Any sharp surface could scratch. And absolutely don’t fold it. Because of the smooth, difficult to have the logo printing on it. Interior print is possible. We customized the cartons and make sure all vests can keep flat during the transportation.
