LIUS Quality Assurance

All OEM products had been made in a strict standard of work and quality test.

We provide product quality international warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for one year since the shipment.

Limited Warranty:

This warranty does not cover the following:

1.  Damage caused by improper caring, and flood, tsunami, fire, earthquake or other Force Majeure, or not used for ordinary recreational activities. 

2.  Damage caused by alterations, modifications or changes not authorized or approved by LIUS™.

3.  Damage caused by extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, or use in chlorinated water, or failure to follow product care instructions.

4． Serial number is not correct or invisible. Products cannot be recognized as LIUS products.

5． Over warranty lifetime.

6． Normal wear and tear, including scratches and fading.

7． Consequential and incidental damages or expenses, including damages to property, or for personal injury, or profit or commerce investment.

Return Policy:

1． In ordinary use and care, product fault during warranty period, please return your products (clean and dry) to our factory directly. If it is considered to be defective by us, we will repair or replacement or refund of all or part of the purchase price of this product.

2． For your claims, We will make the decision whether it is in warranty. We may need more detail pictures from you, or need you return this product for analysis.
