Althought we had moved from Shanghai to Kunshan city in 2016, but still Shanghai is the closest city to us. We send out our products via Shanghai port or Shanghai airport.

Terms

1. All prices we quoted are in USD in FOB Shanghai as long as the order quantity reaches to our MOQ.

2. Your payments can be done by your Credit card via our Alibaba site for small orders, or T/T in bank wires for normal orders.

Recommended Forwarder:

We can let you know the delivery cost which was rated from different forwarders. You can choose one of them, or use your appointed forwarder.

1. International air express: DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, etc.

It is best for small orders. Reach your address very soon and save your time and energy.

2. Shipping by sea:

It is best for big and not an urgent order. As shipping in containers, FCL or LCL, can help to save cost but takes a long time in sea transport and also handle in destination port. We can show you the cost and estimated arrival date for your reference.

Packing Information:

We got many standard carton boxes for shipping. Welcome to ask your order’s packing info.

Dispatch Time:

If we have your products in stock, we can arrange the shipment in the same day you confirmed your order.

Generally there is sufficient stock. If you could confirm your order in the morning, we can send you order in the afternoon, otherwise send next day.

However, for the products out of stock, we may need one week for production. Maybe longer, it depends on your order quantity.

Back Orders:

It is our duty to finish your order on scheduled. If things are out of control and a product is back-ordered, we will contact you by email or phone. Just let us know if you would like us to finish your order as soon as it’s available, or if you would like to cancel, or revise your order.
